Every AmericAwesome product is made to order. Production and delivery times vary by product, destination, and shipping method. Your available shipping options and estimated delivery window are shown at checkout.

Not necessarily. Some AmericAwesome products are made by different fulfillment facilities, so your order may arrive in multiple shipments and at different times.

Yes. Orders with an eligible merchandise subtotal of $100 or more receive free U.S. shipping. Shipping below $100 is calculated at checkout.

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or customer selection mistakes such as ordering the wrong size or color.

Please double-check your selections before ordering. If you ordered blue and received blue but later wish you'd ordered green, we love you, but that one's yours. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for customer-selected size or color errors.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos showing the issue. If the claim is eligible, we'll make it right with a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
