MADE TO ORDER
Every AmericAwesome product is made to order. Your item is produced after your order is placed, so fulfillment time is part of the overall delivery timeline.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the products in your order and the delivery destination.
FREE U.S. SHIPPING ON ORDERS $100+
Orders with an eligible merchandise subtotal of $100 or more receive free shipping to addresses within the United States.
The $100 minimum is based on the merchandise subtotal after applicable product discounts and before taxes and shipping charges.
ORDERS MAY ARRIVE IN MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
AmericAwesome products may be produced and shipped by different fulfillment facilities.
If your order contains multiple products, your items may arrive in separate packages and at different times. You will not be charged additional shipping after checkout because an order is divided into multiple shipments.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Delivery estimates can vary by product, destination, fulfillment location, and shipping method. If your order contains multiple shipments, each shipment may have a different estimated delivery window.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
TRACKING
When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order ships. Orders containing multiple shipments may receive separate tracking information for each package.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. If an order cannot be delivered because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, a free replacement or refund is not guaranteed.
LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If tracking indicates that your package may be lost or your order has not arrived, contact us and we'll investigate with the applicable fulfillment provider or carrier.
A replacement or refund will be determined based on the circumstances and available tracking information.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping availability, rates, and delivery estimates for destinations outside the United States are determined at checkout based on the products ordered and destination.
Free U.S. shipping on orders $100+ applies only to eligible orders shipped within the United States.
